Quick food delivery startup Swish has officially expanded its operations to Noida, marking another milestone in its rapid growth journey across the National Capital Region (NCR). The announcement was made by Aniket Shah, Co-Founder and CEO of Swish, who revealed that the platform has already delivered more than 20,000 orders in the city within just a few weeks of launch.

The move comes shortly after Swish entered Gurgaon last month. According to Shah, the company witnessed a surge in signups from across NCR almost immediately after the Gurgaon launch. Interestingly, a significant share of those registrations came from Noida, a market Swish had not yet entered.

Recognising the unexpected demand, the company analysed customer behaviour and found that the majority of interested users were corporate professionals and students, two demographics that closely align with Swish’s target audience.

“Noida is one of the few cities where offices and colleges share the same streets. A 29-year-old heading to a stand-up and a 23-year-old heading to a morning lecture both want the same thing: good food, without the wait,” Shah said in his LinkedIn post.

The company also shared insights into evolving consumer preferences in the city. Contrary to expectations that fast food would dominate orders, Swish found that customers are increasingly opting for comfort meals. The most-ordered items in Noida include ginger chai, rajma rice, and poha, rather than snacks such as fries or momos.

Swish is currently operational across key parts of Noida, including Advant Navis Business Park, Gaur City, Knowledge Park, Amity University, Galgotias University, and Omicron. The startup plans to expand into additional neighbourhoods in the coming weeks as it scales its presence in the city.
