TCS & Rezolve Ai Join Hands To Bring AI-Led Commerce To Retailers

The move marks TCS’ entry into the growing agentic commerce market as retailers increasingly adopt AI-powered customer experience and transaction systems.

Tata Consultancy Services has announced a global strategic partnership with Rezolve Ai to help retailers integrate agentic AI into core commerce workflows at enterprise scale. The collaboration marks TCS’ entry into the growing agentic AI commerce space as enterprises increasingly explore AI-led automation across digital retail experiences.

Under the partnership, TCS will enable retail businesses to deploy Rezolve Ai’s AI-native commerce platform, brainpowa, across areas such as conversational commerce, intelligent product discovery, and agentic checkout systems. The companies said the collaboration is aimed at helping retailers embed production-grade AI directly into customer journeys and backend commerce operations.

The partnership combines TCS’ global enterprise reach, consulting expertise, and transformation capabilities with Rezolve Ai’s specialized AI commerce infrastructure. According to the companies, the focus will be on enabling retailers to scale AI-driven commerce experiences responsibly and reliably across international markets.

The announcement also reflects the growing shift toward “agentic commerce”, a rapidly emerging AI category where autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems can make recommendations, guide purchases, personalise shopping journeys, and execute commerce-related tasks with minimal human intervention. Retailers globally are increasingly investing in these technologies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and conversion rates.

As part of the collaboration, retailers will also be able to experience the technology through TCS’ global network of Pace Port innovation centres, where the companies plan to demonstrate real-world AI commerce applications and deployment use cases.
