Arjun Laxminarasu has been elevated to Head of Marketing for APAC and Japan at UiPath, where he will lead regional marketing strategy and growth initiatives across Asia Pacific and Japan.
Laxminarasu announced the development through a post on LinkedIn.
Laxminarasu joined UiPath in February 2026 as Head of Marketing for India and South East Asia before being elevated to Head of Marketing for APAC and Japan in May 2026. In his new role, he will support the company’s expansion in business orchestration and automation technologies across regional markets.
Prior to joining UiPath, he spent more than five years at ServiceNow across multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Director Marketing for India from March 2024 to December 2025 after previously holding roles including Director Marketing India and Senior Manager Marketing India.
Before that, Laxminarasu worked at Qlik as Head of Marketing for India and SAARC from May 2018 to May 2020. Earlier, he spent more than four years at Salesforce as Manager Business Development for India, focusing on demand generation, campaign strategy and business development operations.
Earlier in his career, Laxminarasu worked at Accenture as Operations Analyst from June 2010 to January 2014, where he was involved in marketing operations and stakeholder management initiatives.
