The House of Abhinandan Lodha has announced Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan as the Brand Ambassador of its waterfront plotted development HoABL Nagpur Marina, a move aimed at highlighting the project’s scale and its premium international lifestyle positioning in South Nagpur.

According to the company, the collaboration began with a personal investment, with the actor purchasing a two thousand square foot plot at the Sol de Alibaug project, and has since evolved into a formal endorsement for the Nagpur Marina development.

The company notes that the transition reflects his confidence in the developer’s transparency, track record in quality and delivery timelines, consumer focused approach, and long term vision.

Nagpur Marina is planned as a waterfront plotted development spread across seventy eight acres of branded land, with a 2.91 acre man made sea and beach at its centre designed to bring an international style living experience to central India.

This central water feature is complemented by a 28,000 square foot Grand Marina Clubhouse and a curated mix of lifestyle amenities designed for premium living. The company adds that the project’s location near the Samruddhi Expressway and the New Nagpur IBFC presents an opportunity for investors seeking long term value in branded land ownership.
