Atomberg Technologies has announced a leadership reshuffle among its founders, with Sibabrata Das appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Manoj Meena transitioning to the role of Chairman and Managing Director.
The change marks a shift in the company’s leadership structure, with Das, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, now taking charge of overall operations and business strategy. Meena, who was earlier CEO, will move into a broader role focused on long term vision, governance and strategic direction, while also continuing to be involved with the company’s innovation initiatives.
The restructuring comes at a time when the company expands its presence in the consumer appliances market and builds on its portfolio of energy efficient products and smart home solutions, with the leadership transition aimed at enabling the next phase of growth through a clearer division between strategic oversight and day to day execution.
