Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, a European fleet intelligence and connected mobility company, as part of its broader push to strengthen operations and customer reach across Europe. The acquisition marks a key step in Netradyne’s international expansion strategy as the company looks to scale its AI powered fleet safety and mobility solutions in major European markets.
Following the acquisition, Moove will operate under Netradyne Europe and serve as the company’s regional hub for sales, customer engagement, partnerships and market development activities. The integration is expected to help Netradyne strengthen its presence across the European commercial mobility ecosystem while improving support for enterprise fleet customers operating across multiple geographies.
The deal also brings Moove’s regional expertise into Netradyne’s operations. The company has built experience in navigating Europe’s mobility regulations, operational frameworks and market specific requirements. As part of the transition, former Moove CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will take over as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe at Netradyne, where he will oversee regional growth strategy, partnerships and customer operations.
As per the company, through the acquisition, the company aims to combine its technology platform with Moove’s local customer network and market presence to expand adoption across Europe. The move also strengthens Netradyne’s ability to support multinational fleet operators looking for integrated mobility and fleet intelligence solutions across North America, Europe and Asia.
The company said the acquisition aligns with its long term plans to build a globally connected AI mobility business with stronger regional capabilities and customer support infrastructure.
Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-Founder of Netradyne, said, “Europe is a critical pillar of our global strategy, this acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long‑term presence, leadership, and trust in the region. By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region.”
