University of Aberdeen Mumbai has launched its first integrated brand campaign ‘Find Your True North’, aimed at engaging with students seeking purpose-driven and globally aligned education opportunities.
The campaign focuses on the aspirations of Gen Z learners who are increasingly prioritising flexibility, career relevance and personal growth while choosing higher education programmes. Through the campaign, the university highlights its approach of combining UK academic standards and research-led learning with locally accessible education through its Mumbai campus.
The campaign also showcases the university’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes available in Mumbai. According to the university, these programmes are designed to align with changing industry requirements and include a focus on interdisciplinary learning, career support and international exposure. As part of its academic offerings, the university is providing the Aberdeen Pioneer Scholarship, which offers eligible students tuition fee waivers of up to INR 2,00,000 annually.
The university has also introduced a mobility programme for undergraduate students, allowing them to undertake a semester at the Aberdeen campus in the UK during the second year of study while continuing to pay the same tuition fee without additional tuition charges for the overseas semester. The “Find Your True North” campaign is being rolled out across print, digital and outdoor media platforms. Admissions for the 2026 intake at the Mumbai campus are currently open.
Megan McFarlane, Deputy Director of Global Engagement, Marketing & Recruitment, University of Aberdeen, said, “Find Your True North’ reflects a fundamental shift in how students approach higher education today. They are no longer just choosing degrees—they are seeking direction, purpose, and global relevance. Through this campaign, we aim to demonstrate how a research-led, internationally recognised education can empower them to explore possibilities and create meaningful, real-world impact.”
