PayU has partnered with Marg ERP to integrate its payment infrastructure into Marg Pay, the ERP platforms integrated payments solution for pharma distributors, retailers and other MSMEs.
The partnership aims to streamline payment collection and reconciliation by connecting invoicing, digital payments and accounting within the same ERP workflow. Marg ERP currently serves more than 10 lakh retailers, distributors, manufacturers and MSMEs.
Under the integration, retailers can generate Dynamic QR codes linked to individual invoices and receive digital payments that are automatically reconciled within Marg ERP. Pharma distributors can generate payment links against specific invoices, allowing payments to be matched with individual bills and recorded directly in the ERP.
The integration is intended to reduce the manual work involved in tracking collections and reconciling payments, while giving businesses faster visibility into outstanding invoices and received payments.
For pharma distributors, where transactions and invoice volumes can be high, automated reconciliation can also help reduce delays and errors in payment tracking and improve control over working capital.
The partnership will also extend to Margs eRetail application, which supports B2B ordering, payments and reconciliation, bringing PayUs payment infrastructure into another part of the Marg ERP ecosystem.
