Adfactors PR Elevates Nikita Sarwara As Senior Vice President

Adfactors PR has elevated Nikita Sarwara to Senior Vice President, expanding her role across corporate and brand communications, business development and strategic growth. The appointment was announced on Linkedin on September 7, 2026.

In her new role, Sarwara will oversee larger and more complex client mandates, with responsibilities spanning communication strategy, media engagement, thought leadership and crisis management. She will also work on long-term communication programmes and contribute to proposals, pitches and client strategy.

Sarwara has been with Adfactors PR for five years, during which she has worked across businesses and sectors, building client relationships and developing new opportunities for the firm.

Her experience covers corporate communications, brand PR, media outreach, digital storytelling and thought leadership programmes for founders and senior business leaders.

Sarwara brings more than two decades of experience across hospitality, business development and strategic communications. Before joining Adfactors PR, she spent nearly a decade with Value360 Communications in senior business development and leadership roles. She began her career in hospitality, with stints at IHCL Hotels, Radisson Edwardian and Golden Tulip Hospitality.

Sarwara’s elevation comes as Adfactors PR continues to broaden its communications capabilities and international footprint.

The agency has also invested in WLDD, a creator-led marketing and content distribution company. The move is aimed at strengthening capabilities across creators, owned media, digital culture and brand building.
