Chatha Foods (CFL) has introduced Unifayre Foods as its new customer facing brand identity, bringing its food processing, product innovation and customised food solutions business under a single brand.
The company clarified that Chatha Foods will continue as the listed entity, with no changes to its legal or corporate structure.
Founded as a poultry focused business, Chatha Foods has expanded over the past three decades into a diversified food processing company supplying products to quick service restaurants, casual dining restaurants and HoReCa businesses in India and overseas. Its customer base includes several global QSR brands.
The new brand identity reflects the company’s broader product portfolio and expanded capabilities, including its recently commissioned vegetarian food processing facility. The company has also invested in food processing infrastructure, research and development, product innovation and category expansion to support the changing requirements of organised foodservice businesses.
According to the company, the Unifayre Foods branding will be rolled out across customer touchpoints, marketing materials and digital platforms in the coming months.
