Epigamia has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mansi Modi as Marketing Head and Rahul Bhagat to lead manufacturing, as the premium dairy brand looks to build on its recent growth momentum and expand its operations across India. Modi is expected to join the company by the end of September.
According to reports, The appointments come at a time when Epigamia is targeting an annualised revenue run rate of more than Rs 1,000 crore in the next financial year and plans to double its business over the next 24–30 months. The company currently operates across more than 150 cities through modern trade, general trade, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
Modi brings more than 14 years of experience across marketing and brand leadership in the consumer sector. Her previous stints include Hindustan Unilever, Oziva, Airtel and Britannia, giving her experience across both established consumer businesses and high-growth brands.
At Epigamia, Modi will work with the leadership team on strengthening the brand and supporting its growth plans. Her appointment comes shortly after the company’s previous marketing leader Devanshi Shah moved to Beyond Snack as Head of Marketing. Shah had been with Epigamia since 2022 and was elevated to AVP-Marketing in 2024.
Rahul Bhagat joins with experience across manufacturing and operations, having held manufacturing roles at Danone, Britannia, ITC Foods and Tata Consumer. At Epigamia, he will be responsible for strengthening manufacturing capabilities as the company expands its operations and capacity.
His appointment comes as the company looks to support its expansion with stronger manufacturing infrastructure and operational capabilities.
The company has also announced that Ankur Goel, COO, will move on from the business after a decade, citing personal reasons and a desire to focus on his health and family.
With marketing and manufacturing now getting new leadership, Epigamia’s next phase will centre on translating its growth ambitions into wider distribution, stronger brand building and expansion into newer product formats.
