Sanjay Kumar has joined Force Motors as Head of Marketing, where he will lead brand management, corporate branding, digital marketing and growth initiatives for the company’s automotive business. Kumar announced the development through an update in the experience section of his LinkedIn profile.
Kumar joined Force Motors in May 2026 after spending nearly a decade at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited across multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Head Marketing and Digitization for the MTBD and CE Division from September 2022 to May 2026, leading marketing and digitisation strategy for commercial vehicles and construction equipment businesses.
Prior to that, he worked as Brand Head Marketing for Mahindra’s pickup range commercial vehicles from August 2016 to August 2022, where he managed brand strategy, digital lead generation and go to market initiatives for the Bolero pickup portfolio.
Earlier, Kumar served as DGM Marketing at Mahindra Navistar Automotives. from November 2011 to July 2016 and as Senior Manager Marketing at Piaggio Vehicles. between April 2007 and November 2011, overseeing national marketing campaigns and portfolio growth strategies.
Before moving into automotive leadership roles, he worked at Times Innovative Media as Senior Manager Client Servicing, was Partner at Sphinx Adonis Events International and held client servicing and media management roles at Interics Designs and The Times Of India earlier in his career.
