RSPL Group has launched a new campaign for Ghadi Rapid Wash, its recently introduced liquid detergent designed specifically for bucket washing. The campaign focuses on changing laundry habits in Indian households and the shift from traditional detergent formats to liquid alternatives.
The campaign film traces this transition through its visual treatment. It begins in black and white, depicting traditional bucket washing, before moving into colour as Ghadi Rapid Wash enters the narrative. The transition is used to represent the changing approach to everyday laundry while keeping bucket washing at the centre of the story.
Built around the proposition ‘Reshe Reshe Mein Jaata, Dhulai Farrata’, the film positions the product as a liquid detergent developed for consumers who continue to wash clothes manually using buckets, rather than washing machines.
Ghadi Rapid Wash uses what the company calls Rapid Release Technology, which is designed to help the detergent dissolve quickly in water and reach fabric fibres. According to the company, the formulation is intended to remove stains while reducing the amount of scrubbing required during bucket washing.
The liquid detergent is priced at Rs 85 for a 900 ml pack, placing it within the mass market laundry segment.
The campaign also extends Ghadi’s long-running ‘Pehle Istemaal Karein, Phir Vishwas Karein’ positioning while introducing a newer product format to its portfolio. Through Rapid Wash, the brand is looking to address the continued prevalence of bucket washing in Indian households while expanding its presence in the liquid detergent category.
