KPMG India Announces Strategic Alliance With CleverTap Transforming BFSI & Retail Data

KPMG India has partnered with CleverTap to integrate AI driven customer engagement and retention capabilities into enterprise transformation programs. The alliance will focus on sectors including BFSI, retail and consumer markets, combining consulting expertise with analytics, lifecycle orchestration and customer experience technology solutions.

KPMG India has entered into a strategic alliance with CleverTap to integrate customer engagement and retention capabilities into enterprise transformation programs. The partnership will focus on sectors including banking and financial services, retail and consumer markets.

Under the alliance, KPMG India’s consulting and Connected Enterprise capabilities will be combined with CleverTap’s analytics, customer lifecycle orchestration and AI based engagement tools. The collaboration is expected to help organisations improve customer retention, engagement and operational decision making through more connected data and workflow systems.

The partnership will also support businesses in aligning engagement strategies with governance, compliance and security requirements, particularly in regulated industries. KPMG India will contribute expertise across operating models, risk and compliance frameworks, while CleverTap will provide its customer engagement technology platform.

The development comes as enterprises across industries increase investments in AI powered customer experience platforms to improve retention, reduce churn and strengthen long term customer value. Companies are also looking for integrated systems that connect analytics, automation and engagement within broader digital transformation initiatives.
