Protinex India has launched a new integrated campaign, ‘Strength Hai Toh Simple Hai’, focusing on the importance of maintaining muscle strength as adults age and on the role of protein in supporting everyday health.
The campaign is based on the insight that muscle strength gradually declines from a person’s thirties onward, while many adults do not consume enough protein to meet their daily nutritional needs. Through its latest campaign, the brand aims to raise awareness of this gap and encourage conversations around protein intake.
The campaign film follows a mother returning home from work, who struggles momentarily to lift her child, highlighting how reduced muscle strength can affect routine activities. The film ends with the message, ‘Chhota kaam lage bhaari? Kahin muscle strength kam toh nahi ho rahi?’ to draw attention to the issue.
Alongside the campaign, Protinex highlights its nutritional offering, stating that each serving provides 40 percent of the recommended daily protein intake along with 25 essential nutrients that support muscle health.
The campaign will be rolled out across television and digital platforms, with the film available in multiple Indian languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Kannada and English.

Talking about the concept, Priyanka Verma, Marketing Director, Danone India, said: “Strength is often associated with extraordinary feats. But its most important role is far more personal. It’s what closes the gap between what you want to do and what your body lets you do. Through ‘Strength Hai Toh Simple Hai,’ we wanted to speak about that quiet, everyday experience, the moment something simple feels heavier than it should. Because when your body matches your will, life doesn’t just feel easier. It feels like you again.”
