Sattva Group has launched a new brand campaign, ‘Wish List’ featuring television personality and matchmaker Sima Taparia, popularly known as Sima Aunty. The campaign uses matchmaking as a creative reference to talk about how people search for a home that fits their individual requirements.
Conceptualised in-house, the campaign focuses on the growing list of preferences that homebuyers consider when choosing a property. These can range from space and privacy to greenery, connectivity, design, convenience and community.
The campaign draws a parallel between choosing a life partner and choosing a home. Both decisions can involve a detailed list of expectations, followed by a search for an option that matches those requirements.
The campaign film opens with Sima Taparia sitting inside a decorated home and reading out what appears to be a list of qualities for a potential groom. The list includes seemingly contradictory preferences, such as a sunny personality but being cool inside, and being low maintenance while having high aspirations.
She is then told that the list is actually for a dream home rather than a groom. The film shifts the focus to Sattva Group, showing residential properties with different configurations, locations and features.
The campaign closes with the line No matter what your dream home looks like, Sattva gets a 100% match. Taparia also appears in the final frame with a reference to her experience as a matchmaker and connects it to finding a Sattva home.
Through the campaign, Sattva Group is using a familiar matchmaking format to communicate the variety of preferences that can influence a home purchase. Instead of focusing only on individual property features, the campaign places greater emphasis on the idea that different buyers have different expectations from their homes.

Piali Dasgupta Surendran, VP-Marketing, Sattva Group, said, “Sattva has built strong trust with homebuyers over the years, and our focus is to deepen that relationship by creating a brand people feel connected to and love. A home is one of the most personal choices people make because it reflects how they want to live, what matters to their family and the everyday experiences they want around them. With ‘Wish List’, we wanted to bring that understanding into a cultural conversation that people instantly recognize and enjoy, in time for the festive season.”
She further added, “Sima Taparia is a natural fit because her world is built around understanding preferences and finding the right match. The campaign brings together the diversity of Sattva’s homes with a simple thought that every homebuyer is looking for something different, and our role is to help people find a home that genuinely fits their life.”
