Prachi Kaushik has joined Schneider Electric as Deputy General Manager (DGM) Corporate Communications in September 2026, taking on the role after more than two years at Signify. In her new role, she will focus on driving corporate narratives and shaping conversations for the energy technology company.
Kaushik announced the development through an update on LinkedIn.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Kaushik spent over two years at Signify as Head of PR and Integrated Communications from January 2024 to August 2026. Prior to Signify, Kaushik was Head of PR and Communications at Haier Appliances India from February 2023 to January 2024.
Kaushik previously spent nearly three years at OPPO as Manager Product PR from July 2020 to February 2023. Earlier, she worked at Genesis BCW as Account Manager from July 2019 to July 2020, Kaushik spent nearly two years at Edelman from August 2017 to July 2019, progressing from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive.
Before that, she worked at Perfect Relations as Associate Image Executive in June 2016 and worked there until July 2017.
