BKT Tyres has launched a new digital campaign featuring veteran actor ‘Rakesh Bedi’ to introduce ‘BKT YOU FORWARD’, a 24×7 journey-assistance programme designed for two-wheeler riders across India.
As per the brand, the campaign featuring Bedi has been developed to create awareness around the programme and its benefits. The campaign highlights the company’s latest mobility support initiative, which aims to provide riders with access to assistance services during breakdowns, emergencies, and other unexpected situations on the road.
Through a dedicated helpline, the programme offers round-the-clock support across multiple categories, ranging from vehicle-related assistance to travel support services.
According to the company, with the launch of ‘BKT YOU FORWARD’, the company is expanding its engagement with consumers beyond tyre products to include after-purchase mobility services. The campaign positions the programme as a support system for riders navigating both everyday commuting and long-distance travel.
As part of the assistance package, riders can access towing support for up to 20 kilometres, on-call puncture repair services, jump-start assistance for battery-related issues, tele-assistance for minor repairs, and on-the-spot repair support where feasible. The programme also includes key lockout assistance, route guidance, and fuel delivery services of up to five litres, with fuel charges billed separately.
In addition to roadside support, BKT YOU FORWARD includes a set of premium assistance benefits designed to address travel disruptions and emergencies. These include access to a one-time cab facility, hotel accommodation support when repairs require an overnight stay, ambulance assistance during medical emergencies, and online police or legal assistance through qualified professionals.
