Linjin Tiruvangadan has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at IIFL Samasta Finance, where he will lead the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives and innovation efforts from its Bengaluru office.
The company announced the appointment through a post via linkedIn.
Tiruvangadan brings nearly two decades of experience across the BFSI, NBFC and technology sectors. Prior to joining IIFL Samasta Finance in March 2026, he served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Chaitanya India Fin Credit from March 2020 to March 2026, where he led technology strategy, cyber infrastructure and digital implementation initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
Before that, he worked at CreditAccess Grameen as Head of Project Management from October 2016 to March 2020, overseeing technology focused business solutions and implementation projects. Earlier, he was Project and Product Manager at Sumeru Enterprise Tiger from October 2015 to October 2016, managing projects across India, the Middle East and Caribbean markets.
He also worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Manager Projects from September 2014 to September 2015 and at Capital First as Deputy Manager IT Strategy from February 2013 to September 2014. Earlier in his career, he was associated with ICICI Bank as AM II Project Management from November 2007 to February 2013.
