Info Edge India has approved an internal reorganisation of its education and real estate verticals, resulting in changes to roles of certain senior management personnel, with the restructuring set to take effect from May 1, 2026.
In a regulatory filing, the decision was approved by the Board of Directors through a resolution passed by circulation on April 14, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company stated that the move is part of its ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and align leadership roles with evolving business priorities.
As part of the changes, Ambrish Kumar Singh, currently Executive Vice President and Head Sales and Customer Delivery for Shiksha, will be redesignated as EVP and Head Sales and Sales Enablement for 99acres. He will continue as a senior management personnel within the company, taking on responsibilities related to driving sales performance, strengthening client relationships and building teams for the 99acres business.
Bhisham Dhingra, who currently serves as Head of Sales and Customer Delivery for 99acres, will be redesignated as Head of Sales, Strategy and Client Delivery for the Shiksha domestic vertical. In this role, he will oversee sales strategy, corporate sales, client delivery and domestic counselling, with a focus on scaling business performance and strengthening customer engagement.
The company said these role changes are aimed at leveraging leadership experience across business units and supporting long term growth, while strengthening execution across its education and real estate platforms.
