The St. Regis Mumbai has appointed Radhika Mathur as Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, she will lead brand strategy, public relations, digital presence, and integrated communications, with a focus on strengthening the hotel’s positioning within Mumbai’s luxury hospitality market.
Mathur brings over a decade of experience across luxury and lifestyle hospitality, with expertise in brand storytelling, reputation management, and strategic positioning. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, where she progressed from marketing communications manager to director of public relations.
During a key redevelopment phase, she led the relaunch of AER, renovated guest rooms, and Opus, focusing on building clear and consistent narratives that enhanced guest traction and strengthened the hotel’s presence across luxury media platforms. Her role also involved managing cross functional teams, agency partnerships, and maintaining brand consistency during a period of transformation.
Earlier, she led marketing communications at Fairmont Jaipur, working on positioning the property within the luxury travel segment. She also worked as a 360 degree marketing consultant with Templatolio, a Hotelivate affiliated agency, where she developed brand building and digital storytelling strategies for hospitality portfolios including Ibis, Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, and Radisson properties across key markets in India.
According to the brand, the appointment reflects a continued focus on strengthening brand equity through integrated marketing and communications. As competition in the luxury hospitality segment increases, strategic communications are becoming more important for shaping perception, improving engagement, and maintaining relevance across audiences.
