Geetikka A Bangia has been appointed as Head – PR and Corporate Communications at JCB India, where she will lead the company’s communications strategy, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on strengthening corporate narrative and reputation.
She announced the development through a post on LinkedIn.
Prior to this, Bangia was associated with Stryker as Head – PR and Corporate Communications from April 2022 to March 2026, where she led end to end communications strategy, media relations and stakeholder engagement while driving brand visibility and thought leadership.
Before that, she worked at Philips as Lead – PR and Corporate Communications from July 2017 to April 2022, overseeing communications across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Earlier, she served as Senior Manager Corporate Communications at General Motors India from September 2016 to July 2017, managing corporate reputation and integrated communication initiatives.
She also spent over a decade at Canon India from January 2006 to August 2016 as Assistant Manager – PR and Corporate Communications, leading media engagement, campaigns and crisis communication. Before that she worked at GE Capital as Communication Assistant from August 2001 to December 2005, where she managed internal communications and corporate events.
