Insight Cosmetics has launched its Raksha Bandhan campaign, ‘Makeup Ka Bhaichara’, taking a broader view of the relationships celebrated during the festival. The six-episode campaign focuses on the people who support consumers in everyday life, including siblings, friends, colleagues and pets.
The campaign combines humour, emotion and familiar relationship moments, including inside jokes, small arguments and everyday gestures of care. Instead of limiting the idea of bhaichara to the traditional brother-sister relationship, Insight Cosmetics uses it to represent the wider bonds of support and affection.
As part of the campaign, Insight Cosmetics has partnered with Zepto and Smoor Chocolates to launch a limited-edition ‘Makeup Ka Bhaichara’ Celebration Edit.
Available exclusively on Zepto, the curated box combines Insight Cosmetics’ beauty products with Smoor chocolates, bringing together beauty and festive gifting.
The collaboration also connects the campaign’s digital storytelling with a tangible product experience, using Zepto’s quick-commerce platform to take the Rakhi campaign from screen to doorstep.
The campaign’s messaging plays on this combination:
“Kuch meetha chahiye? Mil jayega.
Kuch makeup chahiye? Woh bhi Zepto pe mil jayega.
Bhaichara celebrate karna hai? Ab woh bhi with Insight X Zepto.”
With ‘Makeup Ka Bhaichara’, Insight Cosmetics is using Rakhi as an opportunity to broaden the conversation around relationships while connecting content, festive gifting and quick commerce through a single campaign.

Commenting on the campaign, Mihir Jain, Director, Insight Cosmetics, said, “This Rakhi, we wanted to celebrate the feeling behind Rakhi, the people who have your back, in big ways and small. That’s what led to ‘Makeup Ka Bhaichara.’ Our collaboration with Zepto and Smoor allowed us to take that idea beyond content and turn it into an experience. From the nostalgia of Rakhi ka meetha to getting your beauty favourites delivered through Zepto, we wanted the entire experience to feel surprising, relevant, and genuinely fun.”
