Sumit Chauhan has joined Wave Infratech as Assistant Vice President (AVP) Sales, where he will lead sales strategy and business growth initiatives for the company’s real estate operations.
Chauhan announced the development through a post via LinkedIn.
He joined Wave Infratech in July 2026 after serving as General Manager CP Relations for Delhi NCR at Sobha from February 2025 to July 2026, Prior to Sobha, Chauhan spent more than two years at M3M India across multiple sales leadership roles.
He served as Deputy General Manager Sales from June 2024 to March 2025 after working as Assistant General Manager Sales from February 2023 to June 2024.
Earlier, he was Senior Cluster Head at Broker Network from September 2022 to February 2023 and Transaction Specialist at eXp India from March 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Chauhan worked at Housing.com as Area Head from April 2019 to June 2020.
He also served as Area Sales Manager at Magicbricks Realty Services from April 2014 to March 2019, Account Manager at Times Business Solutions from September 2011 to April 2014 and Business Development Executive at Infomedia18 from December 2008 to September 2011.
