Honeywell has unveiled new brand identities for its automation and aerospace businesses ahead of the planned spin-off of its aerospace division on June 29, 2026. Following the transaction, the automation business will operate as Honeywell Technologies, while the aerospace business will become Honeywell Aerospace.
Honeywell Technologies will continue trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker HON. The company will focus on industrial automation, software, and mission-critical technologies to help customers improve productivity, efficiency, and operational outcomes.
Its new brand identity retains the Honeywell red color while introducing a broader color palette and a new HT monogram. The visual design is built around the concept of intersections, representing the connection between technology and industrial expertise.
Honeywell Aerospace will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker HONA. As a standalone company, it will focus on aerospace technologies and systems, including advancements in aircraft electrification and autonomous flight.
The new brand features a redesigned logo that combines the letters H and A and includes a visual element inspired by the horizon. The company has adopted a sunrise orange color palette with silver accents, reflecting aviation themes and aircraft materials.
According to Honeywell, both brands have been developed to maintain a connection to the company’s 140-year legacy while establishing distinct identities aligned with each business’s future direction.
Vimal Kapur, Chairman and CEO of Honeywell, said, “Today marks another defining moment in our transformation into two independent, focused companies. Drawing on Honeywell’s century-long legacy, these new brand identities honor our history while reflecting the bold vision and strategic focus that will define Honeywell Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace as standalone companies. He further added, “Our new brand highlights the powerful intersections of our technology and expertise from controls to intelligence to safety that will redefine how industries operate, accelerating the shift toward a more autonomous future while unlocking new levels of growth and long-term value. As Honeywell Technologies, this bold new chapter strengthens our foundation for the future and reflects our ability to continuously evolve our capabilities to deliver outcomes for our customers.”
Jim Currier, President and CEO of Honeywell Aerospace, said, “Our new Honeywell Aerospace brand reflects the precision, confidence, and forward momentum that has defined the past century of innovation and trusted performance we have delivered for our customers and partners.
